What visitors say
An amazing place to be with a lot of options to shop from and a lot of places to eat at. I went here during the festive Christmas season and could see a lot of great decorations and activities going in the mall. If you want to shop and see things I would recommend to spare at least 3-4 hours for your day before you visit this place. Parking is free for the customers but the premium parking, near to shops, is now chargeable. This can be paid while the charges are confirmed on site.

Odoen Trafford Centre is alwyas a pleasure to visit. Staff are warnlm.and friendly, great customer service and truly care about their customers. There was an issue with air con for my booking and I was emailed the day before to give the option to attend, swap.screens or get a refund. Amazing service ! I swapped my booking and all the team.were aware of any customer changed which shows great communication. Definitley visit again soon

The cinema itself is fine, but customer service is rubbish. I have been charged twice for 2 seats in the imax screen and getting a refund is proving difficult to say the least. The website says that if an online booking fails and money is taken from your bank it will be refunded automatically within 7 days. Don’t believe a word of it. I have emailed them twice and had no response. I’ve tried a live chat in which I waited in vain to “talk” to a human. There is no phone number to call that I can find. I think I’ll have to raise a dispute through my bank. I wouldn’t mind if it was a fiver but this is £43. Annoying.

The shopping center is impressive in its size. Competent planning makes this place interesting for everyone, a large number of parking spaces. The number of expensive and high-quality stores is impressive. Very beautiful and interesting interiors are professionally made. Even a walk with children will be interesting and informative

Visitors say this cinema offers a great IMAX experience with good quality picture and sound, and a wide variety of films across its many screens. They also highlight the friendly and helpful staff, especially for VR concerts, and appreciate the clean facilities.
Some reviews mention the seating can be uncomfortable.
