This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel and everything was amazing as always. The staff are very friendly yet professional. Every where is kept clean and tidy. We absolutely adore DImassi, he is always ready waiting with a smile and kind words down at breakfast. He is extremely professional and he always is ready to accommodate every request! Ellis, Mo,Chantelle and Mia are always on hand to help with check in/out and are happy to deal with any request or issue. But each and ever member of staff deserves a “well done and keep up the fantastic job”!! Would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone who is looking for some where to stay in Manchester 🥰🥰

Spent 3 nights at the Holiday Inn Express - Trafford City. First of the parking was excellent. Lots of spaces. The check in was smooth even though they were implementing a new system. The room was modern, clean and had air conditioning which we appreciated during this summer heat wave. The breakfast in the morning had all the usual items. It opened at 6:30am and we were greeted with a warm welcome by Dimassi. Over all the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. Location is near to the tram, busses and shopping. We used the bee app to buy a day pass for 6 pounds and travelled to and from the city centre catching the 250 bus that stopped just outside the hotel. We will return again.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The location was perfect for what we needed, right by the Trafford centre and close to all the food places. We had breakfast included in our stay which was great and had a lovely selection of hot food & continental options. But the stand out part of our stay here was the exceptional customer service from Dimassi in the mornings. His friendly and happy demeanour left a lasting impression, he couldn’t do enough for us. He is a total credit to the hotel team. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip up to Manchester.

Came for a stay for outbreak fest. My husband has stayed multi times in the past so we booked to come this time. Staff are all lovely, helpful, easy going and friendly. The hotel tends to be booked out by the festival goers! The breakfast service was great! Dimassi was very attentive and Awa (?) was also lovely. Great stay so far!
