I won’t recommend!!! Shower wasn’t getting hot, chatted the help line up for a fix or directions, no one turned up throughout my stay despite promising to. Further communication appeared they re aware of this issue,never fixed it, yet put it out for customers. Ended up using the cold water at freezing point to clean up as i had a professional exam/presentations in the morning. Avoid!!

If you’re looking to stay in Manchester I will definitely recommend this place. Very close to the city centre, tram from cornbrook takes you there or even a bus which isn’t far from the guest house. The house keeping lady is extremely polite, helpful and friendly, she makes sure you have everything you need during your stay. The office is also very helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend
