What guests say
Really nice and very quiet room with perfect view. Great bed and shower!!! Enough space to feel pempert and a good desk to work. Only problem: Air conditioning was needed for breathable air and decent temperature, and air was very very dry. No windows can be opened. Room service should replenish coffee.

Andreia is absolutely amazing, always serving with a smile and an amazing attitude! She made me feel so welcome during my stay, Hyatt should be very proud and grateful to have her. I would come back and stay just due to her incredible personality and the genuine care she shows to every guest she interacts with. From the moment I arrived, she consistently went out of her way to ensure I felt comfortable and valued. Her positive energy is contagious, and she has a natural ability to make people feel at home. Employees like Andreia are the reason guests remember their stay long after they have checked out. Thank you so much Andreia!

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Manchester to celebrate my graduation, and while the hotel itself was lovely, our experience at breakfast unfortunately left a lasting negative impression and overshadowed what should have been a very special morning. There was a simple misunderstanding with our omelette order, which resulted in a duplicate being made. Yes, there may have been a misunderstanding with the order, and we appreciate that mistakes and miscommunications happen. However, that was never our concern. The issue was the way the situation was handled and the manner in which my family was spoken to. The waitress serving us, Anna, came across as very abrupt and spoke to my family in a manner that felt as though we were being told off rather than having the situation calmly explained. When my mum tried to explain our side of what had happened, Anna raised her voice. My mum politely said, "Please don't raise your voice to us," and explained that she didn't want to argue. Despite this, Anna continued speaking and seemed determined to have the last word, even as she walked away from our table. As someone celebrating a once-in-a-lifetime milestone, it was upsetting to see my family treated this way. Instead of enjoying a happy breakfast together before my graduation ceremony, the atmosphere became tense and uncomfortable, which put a dampener on what should have been a memorable start to the day. As we were leaving, my mum spoke to a lady who appeared to be the manager. Before my mum had the chance to explain what had happened, the manager said that her colleague had already told her about the situation. It immediately felt as though an opinion had already been formed before hearing our side. My mum explained that the issue was never the duplicate omelette or the food itself, but the manner in which we had been spoken to. Only then did the manager respond by saying, "If that's how you felt, I apologise." My mum made it clear that she wasn't looking for an apology. She simply wanted to explain our experience so that other families celebrating important occasions would not have a similar experience. I rarely leave negative reviews because I know misunderstandings happen. However, great hospitality is measured not by whether mistakes occur, but by how they are handled. A little empathy and respect would have made all the difference. It's disappointing that what should have been one of the happiest mornings of my life began with an interaction that left my family feeling upset and unwelcome.

Wow what a fantastic hotel. Absolutely stunning decor, very plus but bright and colourful. Our room is huge it has a kitchen, dining room and lounge. The bathrooms are spotless and the bed huge. They also do a great cocktail range and it’s two for £12. Cracking pint of Corona too. 💃
