I’ve been waiting to try the food here for a while now and I was hoping it would live up to expectations. I was worried it would be a disappointment with it being a large chain. It was absolutely fantastic I got a burger and buffalo wings with a side of fries and onion rings. I will definitely be returning to try the unlimited wings! The staff and service provided was excellent! I would Definitely recommend.

We had the bottomless brunch, 2 full english, food was lovely. Hot and tasty, and the beans were different but great! One of us opted for the upgrade which included cocktails as well as prosecco. Husband stuck to the lost lager. Our server was Layana and she was great, very attentive and she definitely deserves to be recognised for her great service.

We had a table booked last night for 7pm, it was very busy, no one came over to us at the door so we found our reserved table. We could see that there was a QR code on the table for ordering, so we attempted this but for some of us, it was saying the app you needed to download didn’t exist, so we asked if someone could come and take our order, thank god we did this and didn’t pay on the app before. Drinks never came over, we asked a staff member after half an hour and he said he would check on them. After 10 more minutes, he went and made them himself but came over to tell us he didn’t have one of the drinks we had ordered. We asked how long food would be and he said at least another half an hour. Like I said, it was busy. There’s a deal currently on so I understand that staff are rushed off their feet but where has common sense gone? Why are we only being told after 30 minutes, and after having to ask, that they don’t have one of the drinks we had ordered? And then even though the same server took our order, he never mentioned any wait on food at all, until we asked. From working in these jobs, it used to be common to tell tables that there’s a wait on food so they could decide whether to wait that long. But to sit there for 40 minutes in a bar without a drink is crazy. We did have a quick word with a staff member and a manager but just got, “it’s busy.” You clearly want everyone to order everything themselves on an app so that staff have less pressure on them, but if that’s the case, then teach the staff basic customer service.

Absolutely appalling visit here and ruined our night out. Booked a table for 4 of us for 7pm. Walked in and waited to be seated, nobody approached us, although staff passed us several times. No acknowledgement that we were stood there, no welcome or be with you soon. My husband then started to walk around and found a reserved table with our name on, so after standing there for a while, we sat at the table. We then proceeded to try and get the waiter's attention to order some drinks. This was impossible, waiting staff kept walking past our table with no eye contact, no hello, be with you in a minute. At 7.30..35 minutes after arriving, one of us got up and followed a waiter to ask if we could order, his reply was what is your table number. Told him and he came over 5 minutes later and took both our drinks and food order. At 8pm, a full hour after sitting down, 2 drinks arrived, no food. The waiter said the beer tower that two of us ordered wasn't available and the food would be another half an hour!! Why didn't he tell us the drinks weren't available half an hour ago when we ordered, so we could choose something else, not just bring 2 drinks for 4 people. No apology or anything. So, an hour waiting for drinks and an hour and a half for food when we've booked a table for 7pm. Not good enough. Don't take bookings if you can't fulfill and employ staff that actually give a damn about customers. The manager on duty last night (Friday 17th) , his answer to me complaining and leaving at 8pm was, well we're busy. My advice is don't bother going here, I've never experienced such a couldn't care less attitude in a restaurant in my life.Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
