Great location. The staff at reception were really nice and helpful upon checkin. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with plenty of amenities. The room service food is expensive but very very nice. Would definetly recommend. The hotel shuttle service was a little ambiguous ‘every 20-25 mins’. I think I was probably lucky to get there when the shuttle was waiting. The driver was nice. Got me quickly to the terminal which I needed. The swiftness of this service is probably aided by the fact only terminal 2 is in use at the moment. Would definitely stay here again when flying from Manchester. Perfect airport hotel!

Just had the one night here as had a morning international flight so wanted to avoid the panic of having to get from North Yorkshire to Manchester airport for 7am. Very glad I chose this hotel!! While obviously a very convenient location, the free shuttle bus is fantastic. Very welcoming, lovely reception and restaurant area. Check in was seamless and the lovely lady even organised me moving my restaurant booking early as well. So it was brilliant the restaurant staff were able to accommodate that. Great service and care from everyone in the restaurant. Food was absolutely delicious. I would go back for the food alone!! No problems with the room. Great sized. Comfy chairs for my morning cuppa. Loved that it had a bath. Very relaxing start to my early morning. Would definitely recommend and will definitely book here again when I go on my next trip to Bali. Thanks, Clayton Team.

The hotel itself is nice and the reception was great. The bar and restaurant, however, has been one of the worst experience’s of my life. The service is awfull!!! 20 minutes for a glass of wine to arrive to my table. The food arrived faster!!! I had to go pick it up myself. The people working at the bar should Improve a lot. Definitely not coming back to this hotel at all. (Its not cheap as well)

Not the greatest of stays night before early .morning flight, booked what was meant to be a deluxe triple room, the room was not cleaned properly, loads of skittles/sweets under beds, handles/locks on windows ALL broken meaning window did not shut nor lock so had noisey guests in car parks and traffic around hotel all night, also.it was mid heatwave so than fan was pointless as windows wouldnt close, i had to contact reception twice to organise an extra towel for us as only two towels were available in room for 3 of us, took technically 3 hours to get one, as after giving up and going for food first i had to ring then one arrived 45minutes after. We went to check out and wasnt asked if everything was ok, just name and room number, not even a goodbye or enjoy your trip. Only.positives were fantastic food and waiting staff and the shuttle bus drivers who were helpful kind and went out of the way to ensure everything was smooth.
