Had a fantastic experience staying here for a night while attending the world snooker championship. The hotel is lovely and is ideally located, close to the train station and the city centre. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had breakfast included which was delicious, there was a hot breakfast buffet and plenty of other options. There is also a nice bar area with a good atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. Overall I would highly recommend and hope to return here in future!

Stayed overnight for early flights and paid extra for parking. Room very comfortable (ground floor) with plenty of toiletries, tea, coffee, biscuits, water etc. Loved there was a fridge which was really cold so could chill our water and drinks etc. Staff exceptionally pleasant on reception when checking in and on check out. We caught the shuttle bus to the airport even though it was a short walk. Driver very chatty and pleasant making our short stay a very pleasurable and enjoyable experience. Would definately stay again and make use of the parking available for another short overseas break.

Fabulous hotel. The real gem is the oriental restaurant on site, Amazing food, some of the best I’ve had for a while, genuinely. Staff were fabulous in there too. Kids menu was 10/10. Portions great. Room comfy and clean, no complaints. Only thing is the bar need a full sugar selection of drinks, nothing even in bottles! I don’t mind paying more for a full sugar fizzy pop but please let me 🤣

I stayed here for my birthday before going on holiday, the whole team couldn’t be more welcoming if they tried! Orlando was always so smiley and attentive. Upon check in I was greeted to a lovely bedroom decorated and a cake from a lovely lady called Megan. The Beds are very comfortable which made my stay even more pleasant. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who is celebrating a special occasion! Thank you guys :)
