We had a wonderful stay at the Clayton Hotel Manchester City. The experience started off perfectly at check-in thanks to Daniel. He was incredibly efficient, smooth, and friendly. We had a great chat with him, which made us feel welcome right away. Our room was excellent, clean, beautifully presented, and exceeded our expectations in every way. We truly had nothing bad to say about it. Later, we ordered food and the chicken wings were absolutely delicious. We will definitely choose to stay here again the next time we visit the area. Thank you to Daniel and the team for a memorable visit!

Booked the Clayton Hotel as we were watching Kings of Leon. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly train station and very easy to find. The check-in and out process is seamless, especially as you can do it online. We were greeted by a lovely man at the front desk, he was warm, friendly and polite, and gave us our room cards. The ambiance of the hotel is gorgeous, rooms are so comfortable and decorated beautifully, I was impressed. Bar area is also very welcoming and we had a pre-concert drink, prices are what you’d expect for a hotel. Breakfast was also amazing, such a great selection of foods to choose from and Omoye was also so friendly. The table we wanted to sit at wasn’t ready so she quickly cleaned it and reset the table for us, all with a smile. Shops and bars are also around a 10 minute walk from the hotel, making it a great place to stay. Overall, I cannot fault our stay at the Clayton, it was our first time at here and we will definitely be staying again when we visit Manchester. 5 stars Clayton, keep up the good work 😊🫶🏼

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and I was genuinely impressed with every aspect of my experience. The location was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The breakfast was also fantastic. A special thank you to Omoye for making such a delicious omelette—it was honestly one of the highlights of my stay! I had a wonderful experience here and will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit. Highly recommended!

100% recommended Hotel. Couldn't tell if the place was brand new or just incredibly well upkept. The dining area is particularly pleasant with plenty of natural light. I appreciated the light jazz as some hotel will have music far too energetic for first thing in the morning. I was served by Bilal who kept a pleasant and professional demeanour. On the day of a job interview in an unfamiliar city, this environment was just right for calming my nerves
