We stayed here last November for my wife's birthday as we were off to see The Offspring at the AO Arena (easy walkable distance). We did have an issue with our room; it was roasting hot on the first night there and the AC was not working. We reported the issue the following morning after breakfast (which was great), then headed out to the shops. When we got back we were told it had been sorted; however, this was not the case as again it was absolutely roasting hot and not really what you expect for a Premium room (with the nice big bath). The manager on the desk seemed to not believe us until she came up to the room and checked herself. She offered for us to sleep in another room on the floor above where she had checked the AC was working. This was a bit of a pain as we were off out to see our show and wouldn't be back until late and didn't want to move all our stuff. Luckily, when we got back in late, we went to the desk to ask for the other key and a couple of young lads, very proud of themselves, were happy to announce they had fixed what the maintenance team could not. We had an excellent night's sleep and another lovely breakfast. Bit disappointing the AC was broken, they claimed to have fixed it, and didn't seem to believe us when we said they hadn't. However, even if the first night was a struggle, we generally enjoyed our stay , the staff were great and the location is excellent. We would happily stay again.

Really nice hotel, huge disabled room with a ceiling track hoist. They can set the room up as a twin, ideal if you have a PA with you. They have two rooms with hoists one of which is a profiling bed. Breakfast was good quality with a good selection, location is very central, about ten minutes walk to Piccadilly Gardens. They don't have any on-site parking, there is a multi-storey nearby you can use or paid for street parking.

For us the hotel was in the perfect place, a short walk to any where. Modern hotel, rooms where spacious and clean. Nice bathroom with a unique way to turning the shower on. Good range of tv channels, for a hotel. The bar area is also modern with large screen TV. The only down side was one of the breakfast staff. They knew there were people waiting to enter, she saw us twice before coming to check us in. This did just happen to us, it was to everyone that came to the breakfast room, she kept everyone waiting.
