Quite a lot of issues… lots of mold in the wall above our heads in the bedroom making the wall material peel and fall on our pillows. The photos online are quite old and the flat needs some work and attention to details such as cigarette marks on the walls, very dirty curtains and blinds etc. there was an extra issue with the hand soap stinking like urine, but that might remain a mystery. However, I must aknowledge that staff have tried to be very helpful and kind. The location was a bit problematic, though central enough.

I stayed here with my partner and sister in laws last week for the third time! We just love coming here when we have plans in Central Manchester as the location is great, the apartments are spotless and we always feel really welcomed on arrival! Special shout out to Alison on the front desk for having us all in stitches with her stories 😂 We'll be back!

Amazing apartment hotel, Alison on the check in went above and beyond, as my flight was delayed meaning I arrived much later than originally anticipated. Facilities are excellent and very homely. Shower is super powerful and very hot which is a big win in my book!
