We stayed for 3 nights at that hotel as a family. The location was very close to trains, trams and buses. Surrounding of the hotel was safe. The staff was very helpful, especially thanks to Angel, Fernando and Harry. The interior of the hotel was clean, we liked the breakfast as well. The family room was ok for 1 child. I highly recommend to stay there for a holiday or business trip.

Perfectly located within a 1 minute walk into the station from the front of the hotel. Very clean and modern reception with friendly staff, given a large bottle of water for the room at no cost, choice of still or sparkling. Room was a great size, very clean and comfortable with TV, hot drink facilities, clean and modern bathroom with a nice shower. Great value for money. Didn't stay for breakfast but saw the options laid out on my way out and looks so nice will stay next time.

Stayed there 2 times and both times everything was great. Highly recommended by me when arriving at the airport and then heading to Manchester by train. First time i was travellinh alone, watching a Manchester City game. You can easily walk to the Etihad, took me about 25 minutes. Second time i was staying with my family. We watched the Bruce Springsteen concert in Liverpool, where we also travelled by train, so again very good for us. Rooms are ok, not very big but ours were clean and that’s the most important thing for me. Breakfast buffet is also not very big but you‘ll find everything you need and it tastes good. Also have to mention that my phone charger didn’t work during my first stay and the employee gave me a charger for free, saying that I could keep it when I leave. Will definitely come back for a third time. All the best from Austria!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean, fresh, and incredibly comfortable after a day of discovering Manchester. The facilities were excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to help whenever needed. The breakfast was also delicious, and one of the highlights was seeing the kitchen team draw smiley faces on the boiled eggs. Such a small but thoughtful touch that instantly brightened the morning. After all, what better way to start the day than with a smile? 😊 Highly recommended for anyone visiting Manchester!
