Staycity Aparthotels Manchester Piccadilly

I have stayed at Staycity Manchester Piccadilly for the last 10 months, and I must say every single day has been amazing. Each room is really big with everything provided to make you feel at home. There is a spacious open plan living room with a huge tv (that you can connect devices like a console to) and a really nice bedroom and bathroom. Extra bedding is provided for the sofa beds, which was perfect for when I had friends and family come and visit during my long stay. On top of that, there is weekly room service where your space is deep cleaned and you are given extra toiletries and kitchenware. The staff are so incredibly helpful and polite and helped no matter the time of day. Ordering parcels to the hotel was very easy and you felt safe at night with the security staff on site. The location is perfect for someone like me who travels a lot because the moment I arrive at Piccadilly station, I don’t have to worry about how I’m getting to the hotel. Despite the hotel being in such a busy area, there was not even a single day where noise bothered me. If you’re looking for a place to stay, Staycity should be your first choice every time and I’d like to say a huge thanks to the staff for my amazing stay 💙.

Staycity Aparthotel Piccadilly in Manchester exceeded our expectations and made our family stay truly enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade from a one-bedroom to a spacious two-bedroom apartment for our family with two children. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference and added extra comfort to our stay. The apartment was exceptionally spacious, modern, and spotless. Everything was well-maintained, and we immediately felt comfortable and at home. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. A special thank you goes to Detelin at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout our stay. As a fellow Bulgarian, he made us feel especially welcome. He patiently answered all of our questions and provided assistance whenever we needed it, always with kindness and a positive attitude. His outstanding customer service truly stood out and contributed greatly to our positive experience. Overall, everything was at a very high standard, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We highly recommend Staycity Aparthotel Piccadilly to families and anyone visiting Manchester, and we would happily stay here again.

Myself, wife and daughter had a wonderful stay here on Sunday 21st June 2026. All the reception staff on both the day and night shifts were welcoming, charming and utterly helpful. We arrived early before check in time and were allowed to store our baggage as we had to get to a Women's T20 World Cup Game before check in time. Check in with Olu was simply a pleasure - What a wonderful guy! We have stayed at other Staycity Aparthotels but this has to be my favourite. Perfect location near the train station and a short walk into town. Our apartment was spacious with immaculate rooms and a kitchen with all the modcons you need. We will definitely come back and spend a bit more time here!

friendly reception staff, excellent location, right next door to shops/train station & great bus connections. we were fortunate enough that our room was ready earlier than the expected check in time and we were upgraded! beautiful two bed apartment, it was great. well stocked amenities, towels, kitchen utensils etc. we also had two sofa beds, which were so easy to assemble and extra bedding was provided for those too. the only downside i’d say was that hygiene was a slight issue, eg. the bedding had stains on it. I did mention this to reception when leaving and they said they’ll pass the feedback on. you also have to pay to store your luggage (which was a first for me! as most hotels store luggage for free) but it’s an easy process. there are other additional charges for parking, late/early check in/out etc, so be prepared. but other than that, i’d definitely stay here again!
