What guests say
Easily one of the best hotels I've stayed in. I will definitely stay here again. Staff were absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful and clearly took pride in their work. My air con wasn't working properly and they manually lowered it for me. They also found an iron and board for me quickly. The lounge is perfect, lots of comfy seating, comfortable temperature and a relaxing atmosphere. The room was absolutely spotless! Plenty of towels that were soft and a good size. The shower was heavenly. Bedding smelt lovely, soft and comfortable. Bed was really comfy, medium firmness with good support. Negatives if I'm being really picky - Tv needs updating, no option to watch streaming services. No way to plug in chrome cast. The room would benefit from a mini fridge. Water from tap wasn't very cold.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location is excellent. The staff were so professional and friendly. The lifts to the bedrooms are very efficient. The room itself was perfect for a weekend stay. Nice bathroom and good shower. The bar area was lovely with plenty of comfortable seating. We will be back

The beds are really comfortable but you only get a very thin duvet. The AC only has one setting which is 18 degrees and is really cool for 18 degrees. The TVs are big and wide but you cannot watch Netflix/Disney etc on them. The bathroom was good quality. We didn’t try breakfast as it looked ridiculously overpriced for what was offered. There are plenty of cafes around the local area that can do breakfast for much cheaper. Please note, if you need to use the toilets on the ground floor you will need a fob key to access them. Not helpful once you check out and decide you want to sit with a coffee in the lounge area. The WiFi works really well and good enough to watch streaming apps on devices without any issue. Really good that they don’t charge for unlimited WiFi as some places do. The staff were so helpful and informative. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!
