About Native Manchester
Ducie Street sits amid the converted warehouses and railway arches of Manchester's city centre, with Piccadilly Station close enough to reach on foot and the surrounding streets full of bars, restaurants and entertainment. Native Manchester takes its cue from that industrial backdrop, occupying a building with 166 rooms designed around exposed brick and factory-style fittings.
Rooms come with full kitchens, comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms, along with drinks in the room, making the place as workable for a longer stay as a weekend visit. Family and accessible rooms are available, and some guests have noted the rooms can feel on the dark side, though they're consistently described as spacious and well kept. A restaurant and bar operate on site, breakfast is served, and free WiFi, a lift, luggage storage and concierge services cover the practical side of things.
Beyond the front door, pubs, restaurants and a golf course are all within reach, and the location near Piccadilly Station makes onward travel straightforward. It's a base built around the city's converted-warehouse character, with the kitchen-equipped rooms setting it apart from a standard hotel stay.

What guests say
My first time at this hotel and I love the warehouse/industrial vibe. Clean, great location - slow 15 min walk to Arndale shopping centre - and super friendly and welcoming staff. Love the chillout music in the atrium. Some decent bars and restaurants nearby, plus the cool Northern quarter is a c.8 minute walk away. Very close to Piccadilly train station too. Yes, my room was quite dark and moody so maybe next time I'll ask for some natural light. Plus it did get warm, so some AC or better ventilation would have been nice. For the price though, this was still excellent value. The smart TV with access to the most popular streaming channel was a nice touch too. The breakfast was ok - what do you expect for £10. A limited selection of warm cooked food, smoothies, cereals, fruit, juice and tea/coffee. Hit the spot for me as that's my type of thing - love the kefir and turmeric shots 👍 Will I return? Definitely but next time I'll request a room with a view.

The apartment rooms were very spacious, practical, and had a lovely atmosphere. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the service. Charlie was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. We really appreciated his kindness and hospitality. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!

Room is well maintained in general but noticed a huge mould spots in the living room above the window. No air conditioning or fans in rooms other than ceiling mounted fan in the bedroom which you can barely feel if laying on the bed. We visited mid summer and overlooked this when booking. Nail clippings were left on one of the side tables in the living area. Staff were friendly on arrival..

Incredible hotel. Amazing design concept, the rooms were extremely spacious. Felt very much like a New York warehouse flat. The amenities in the room are fantastic. Shower was so spacious and clean. Staff were all very helpful and the check in system with the codes & pins felt extremely safe and practical. Will 100% stay again
