About Parkview Residence

Manchester's mix of transport links and city-centre attractions makes it an easy base to explore from, and Parkview Residence on Waterloo Road puts guests within reach of both without a high price tag. The hotel is straightforward and functional, aimed at travellers who want a reliable place to sleep rather than a destination in itself.

Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, free WiFi and drinks available in-room, with family rooms on offer for those travelling in groups. Showers are a particular strength, and housekeeping keeps things clean throughout, though some rooms show their age and can be missing a few basic extras. Staff are consistently described as helpful and professional, and reception operates 24 hours a day, with laundry service available for longer stays.

A pub, restaurant and other eateries sit nearby, along with entertainment options and a golf course for guests wanting to fill time beyond the city centre. Free parking is available nearby too, which helps for anyone arriving by car. It's a practical choice for visitors prioritising value and location over polish.

Me and my partner did stay for 7 days and from the first day the staff was very kind to let us check in from earlier which was a big plus, the service such as room service and hospitality was very remarkable and we did enjoy our trip, the place was not to far away from the city and it took like 20 minutes to walk to the city and 10 minutes with bus where the bus stop was very close and with a kiosk near by. / Julia & Hamid :)

It was a great pleasure to stay in Parkview Residence. Staff, location, room facilities, heating, cleanliness were all excellent. It's great value for money. Staff are very courteous, polite and cooperative, epecially Mr. Amir served me extremely well and was a great help. A unique thing was the very active reception service. Reception and hotel staff service was available 24 hours and were extremely cooperative. There is very ample street parking just outside the hotel. I will stay in this hotel when I visit Manchester again.

Great stay and excellent service. The hotel is very well located, making it easy to reach the city centre and move around Manchester. The rooms are simple but comfortable, and overall it’s a very convenient place to stay. What really made the difference was the service. Mani and Ali were extremely friendly and helpful during my stay. Their attitude and willingness to help were outstanding and clearly above average. They made the experience much better and deserve special recognition. Highly recommended.

The furniture feels cheap but the room was clean, very spacious with a big bed and decent sized bathroom.Staff were amazing, very helpful and took care to ensure we had a good experience. Overall you get lower quality room but it’s safe, a cheaper price, with kind staff. Was perfect for my needs, would definitely stay again
