Premier inn providing exactly what you would expect. It was easy to check in/out and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I also love that the kids get seperate beds in a family room. The room however was super hot despite a fan and having to stand in the rain to get breakfast from a cabin wasn't ideal. Can't complain too much when you pay so little.

Great location about a mile from shops and restaurants in West Didsbury. There is work being done on the hotel at the moment but it didn't disturb us and there was still plenty of parking. The room was extremely hot but hopefully that will improve if they install some air conditioning. Breakfast from the temporary takeaway unit outside was good and plenty of choice.

I have stayed here a few times before and always found it good but this time the staff went above and beyond for us. We stayed with a child who was nervous and never been to a Hotel before. The staff made sure we had a room the suits us and her needs. everything was ready when we turned up and they even had biscuits for her. They made the stay run so smoothly and I was so grateful for the extras they did for us. All this was done without asking and made all the difference.

Bring your own extension lead! Room was nice and clean, and bed was comfy. But bizarrely, they only have 2 plug sockets at the table the other side of the room; next to the bed you only have a couple of old-fashioned USB type A sockets (which were useless for me). I need to sleep with a CPAP machine due to obstructive sleep apnea, and the only way I could manage that was stretching the cable across the room, using the chair as a bedside table and sleeping the wrong way round in bed! Location-wise it's a bit "meh"; nothing really of note nearby and no decent choice of pubs or restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
