It was my daughters 40 birthday party. The venue is perfect, there is parking available at the hotel and there is also a car park opposite. The function room is roomy with a bar. The staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and it ran like clockwork. The buffet food was scrumptious and excellent choices available. The playground outside is excellent and safe and there is a bar and more searing under a canopy. All in all there is nothing to say but praise and thanks for making the party so memorable.

Had a fantastic afternoon and evening atbr Bowling Green. One of our colleagues organised a works outing there to have some drinks and play bowls. The staff were fantastic and also went out their way to provided us with plenty of woods to play with. The drink was spot on and the food was brilliant! I was assuming it was going to be typical pub style food but it absolutely blew that expectation away. Thank you for a great experience!

The Guinness is excellent and consistently well kept. As someone who appreciates a good pint of Guinness, it’s one of the reasons I keep coming back. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. A proper local with great people, lovely staff, great pints and a great atmosphere. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely quiet location within 5 minutes of shops, pubs, cafes etc. Off road parking. Decent sized, well equipped room. Good value for money.
