We cannot recommend this place enough! The photos do not do the beauty of this place justice. It's a truly magical place, with scenic views all around. Making it perfect for a nature retreat. The facilities are spotless and super cosy, but Helen is what makes this place truly special. After we got caught in storm Dave while bike-packing, she guided us in the dark with a torch to the campsite and let us shelter in the barn for the night. Her kindness is something we think about a lot, and we can't wait to return soon to pay that warmth back.

We did two nights here on our motorbike and it is really really nice. First an awesome view then great showers and even a kitchen and lounge area. I would highly recommend this place and Helen welcomed us on arrival.

A beautiful peaceful spot in the Leicestershire Countryside offering panoramic views of surrounding fields . Wonderful clean facilities, hot water, electric showers and chill out room available. Well kept grounds and choice of pitch. Helen greeted us on arrival and checked in occasionally to see if everything was ok . Will definitely return .

Beautiful location, scenic, peaceful and spacious pitch. A cosy shared space is offered with comfy lounge area, fridge/freezer, complimentary coffee & tea, toaster, kettle and washing up area. Clean showers and toilets. Very friendly host who met us on arrival and we were able to choose our pitch. Very reasonably priced site that also offers electrical set up. Loved the sunset and sunrise views, along with a perfect view of the full moon, no light pollution. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend if you are looking to recharge in nature.
