Farndon Grange

Market Harborough is minutes away, offering independent shops, pubs and restaurants in a market town centre. The Welland Valley has quiet lanes for walking, and the grounds here stretch across five acres with views over surrounding countryside. Farndon Grange itself is a restored Victorian farmhouse with a heated outdoor swimming pool and garden space designed for groups wanting to spread out.

Inside, there are five bedrooms sleeping ten in total. Four have en-suite bathrooms; the fifth shares a family bathroom with its own bath and shower. The ground floor has two living areas, each with a woodburner and smart TV, plus a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook from scratch. French doors lead from both the kitchen and one living room to the terrace and garden. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available for younger children, though the property is designed primarily for older guests, as there are water features in the grounds. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included; one small dog is welcome at no extra cost.

The pool is private, measuring 9.7m by 4.8m, and operates from 8am to 9pm. Beyond the water, the garden has seating areas, a firepit and a barbecue. There is parking for four cars on the property. Check-in is after 3pm and checkout before 11am.
