I can’t recommend this place highly enough. It’s a super-friendly leisure centre — everyone knows your name when you walk in, and it’s a pleasant environment to swim and train in. I’m there all the time recently for Ironman training, and it has everything you need. If you’re after an insanely good workout, join Andy’s Thursday morning HIIT class. It’s amazing! I’ve done sooooo many classes at various places — CrossFit, boot camps, boxercise, etc. — you name it, but no one gives you as good a workout as Andy does on a Thursday! It’s a tough class, but it’s scaled to match everyone’s ability, so you can push yourself as hard as you like. Shout-out to Max too, who is always so friendly and accommodating! Highly recommended!

We did a children’s party here at the weekend with one of our character party drop-ins. The staff were friendly and so helpful. The hall where the party was being held was a fantastic size. They had a large bouncy castle and a good-sized soft play area in there, and there was still plenty of space to play the party games. This is a great place to hold a child’s party.

It's a sports center with a large swimming pool and awesome live guards. It has multiple gyms and a basketball court. It has clean showers and storage lockers. There is provision for ample parking.
