Selkirk Victoria park Excellent site for tents and caravans with electric hook up if needed if you're visiting the Scottish borders you have use of the Swimming pool sauna toilets and showers. Very helpful staff. O and the weather was nice. O and reasonable priced.

Carpark gets used by boy racers and uninsured drivers teaching friends to drive after 10pm almost every night. People make sure they come rite up to tents with there dogs don't give you any personal space and get aggressive and threatening had dog poo all over tent opening at zip. Wrote this when I was angry this is my third time using the site for a week it's a nice site but unfortunately a couple of locals let the area down. Most locals and dog walkers are really friendly trying and stay close to the building to avoid any untoward behaviour. I would recommend

Unfortunately nobody on site to share our experience with. Staff pleasant and helpful. A few improvements and this could be a great spot. The barrier locks need LUBRICATING with silicone spray so they operate easily currently quite a faff. The 2 wet rooms are well equipped and sizeable but please clean them! And provide a squidgy or scraper soyou can leave them as you find them but let down by the poor shower...short time so have to keep hand on and pressure is poor but more than a trickle. Wash up facility is good but only one sink. Chemical loo disposal fine. At £31 a tad expensive as you must have electric. £25 without as a suggestion . The pool heating system runs all night but not a bother to us. All in has potential could do better.

We opted for a hard standing on the edge of the grassy area due to the amount of rain that had fallen this year. Dog friendly. Easy access for electric and fresh water. Good toilet/shower facilities and Elsan facilities. Secure access to and from area but be warned - check the codes you are sent before arrival as one of ours was wrong and we would have been unable to gain access if the staff were not still on duty! Very peaceful setting
