Croxton Park House is a substantial three-storey country residence set within Croxton Park Estate, a 200-acre private holding in rural Leicestershire. The property sits among lakes and open countryside ideal for walking, with parking for three cars on site. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge.
The house has five bedrooms spread across three floors, accommodating up to 12 guests. Ground level holds a games room and separate toilet. The first floor contains two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with a four-poster double—plus two bathrooms with baths and shower attachments. A fully equipped kitchen leads to a breakfast room overlooking the lakes and pastures beyond; a separate dining room with exposed beams offers more formal space. Upstairs are three further bedrooms: two singles, a super kingsize (accessed through one of the single rooms), and a double with two additional singles, served by an ensuite shower room.
Essentials including electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. The grounds have patios and garden furniture for outdoor use. No smoking is permitted inside. The property suits large family gatherings or groups of friends seeking countryside seclusion without isolation—Grantham lies within reasonable reach for supplies or days out.

Great place to stay for large groups. There was a hornet & wasps nest in the house though.

Had a great time for a weekend birthday get together with family and friends. Good facilities, large bedrooms and the property was spacious clean and well presented with a nice country charm. A lot of scenic space for long walks. Loved the additional Hot tub, and fireplaces indoors, would like to visit again.

First impressions are good, but scratch the surface and it is disappointing. Broken furniture, faulty plumbing, a tired kitchen, and inadequate shower facilities.
