The building sits in Waltham on the Wolds, close to Melton Mowbray. A king-size bedroom and a second with three singles share a bathroom with shower and bath. The living space combines a sitting room with woodburner and smart TV, plus a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and oven for proper cooking. Everything is on one level, and one dog stays free.

Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Outside, there's an enclosed garden with patio and seating where you can sit with your pet. A pub lies within a mile. The property is yours alone to book, available from 3pm on arrival and departing by 10am. No smoking inside.
