Brackenwood is a substantial six-bedroom house on the Wirral Peninsula, sleeping up to 12 guests with exclusive use of the entire property. Families and larger groups will find the layout spreads across three floors, with most bedrooms featuring zip-and-link beds that convert to single or double configuration. Four bathrooms mean mornings run smoothly. The ground floor contains two reception rooms with smart TVs and a woodburner, plus a spacious kitchen and dining area opening onto a decked terrace. A separate games room holds table football, a dartboard and a 65-inch screen.

The grounds offer considerable scope for relaxation and play. A private hot tub sits in an enclosed garden with lawned areas and seating; a sauna is also available. The rear decking accommodates a gas barbecue, and a mini putting green overlooks the space. Table tennis is set up indoors. Parking covers six or more cars. The property sits within a mile of the coast, with direct access to Caldy Hill's woodlands beyond the boundary. One dog is welcome at no extra cost; other pets require prior arrangement. Smoking is not permitted. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and initial logs for the wood burner are all included. Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out before 10:00.
