Grattan Manor Cottages - Manor Cottage

Manor Cottage is a wing of Grattan Manor, a Grade II-listed house near Bow. You arrive into a ground-floor living and dining room with a wood burner and French doors onto a private patio. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washer dryer. Bedroom 1, also on the ground floor, has a double bed and ensuite shower. Upstairs, a galleried landing has a sofa bed and a second bedroom with two zip-and-link single beds, served by a bathroom with a bath and shower.

The cottage sits within the grounds of the manor, which overlook an old orchard—a large lawn with remnant fruit trees, part-shared with another property on-site. Your private patio area comes with garden furniture and a barbecue. A shared outdoor swimming pool operates during summer months. One dog is welcome and stays free, though it must be kept on a lead as the area has sheep. Parking for two cars is on site. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and logs for the wood burner are included. No smoking throughout. The grounds contain a fenced pond, so families with young children should be aware.
