Lurley Manor - Bluebell Cottage

Bluebell Cottage is a ground-floor conversion within the grounds of Lurley Manor, a 15th-century house set in five acres of woodland and gardens. Everything you need is provided: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, along with a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, fridge and microwave—plus a wood burner in the living space for cooler evenings. The double bedroom leads to a shower room with heated towel rail, and there is private parking for two cars on site.

The cottage suits couples or solo travellers, and one dog stays free. An enclosed front garden with a seating area gives a private outdoor space, and guests can also walk the wider manor grounds. The setting is quiet and rural—on a country lane in the hamlet of Lurley—but Tiverton is a short drive away for shops and riverside walks. Exmoor National Park and the North Devon coast are within reach for day trips. Children under 14 are not accommodated. Smoking is not permitted inside. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.
