Rolling countryside surrounds Lurley Manor's annexe, a self-contained property set within the grounds of the original manor house. Five acres of gardens and mature woodland form the backdrop here, reached via a quiet country lane near the hamlet of Lurley. Tiverton's market town amenities lie a short drive away, and from this location you can reach Exmoor National Park and the North Devon coast without travelling far.
The annexe has two bedrooms—both with king-size beds—and one bathroom with a shower. Downstairs, a kitchen and dining room connect to a study space; upstairs, an open-plan living area with a Smart TV adjoins the second bedroom. You have access to a private acre of orchard and woodland on the grounds. A front garden with seating looks out over the property. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided; oil central heating keeps the place warm. One dog stays free and can roam the grounds.
This is a no-smoking property. Children under 14 are not accommodated. Parking is available for two cars on site. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.
