Ponsford Ponds - Jacks Shepherd Hut

Jacks Shepherd Hut is a one-bedroom rural retreat with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The open-plan living space combines a kitchen with electric oven and hob, dining area, and lounge warmed by an electric wood burner. A zip-and-link bed in the bedroom can be arranged as two singles if preferred, and the ensuite has a heated towel rail and shower. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.

Outside, the property has its own decked area with a three-seat hot tub for private use, plus garden furniture. On-site parking accommodates two cars. A working washing machine is available. The grounds contain fishing ponds about 220 yards away (licence required), and there is a pond elsewhere in the grounds. Cullompton town centre is five minutes' drive; Exeter cathedral is twenty minutes; Dartmoor and the Devon coast at Exmouth and Sidmouth are within half an hour. No smoking. The property sleeps two adults only; babies under one year are an exception.
