Welcome Cottage is a two-bedroom home in Puddington, a village roughly nine miles from Tiverton in the heart of Mid Devon. The property comes ready to use: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, along with an initial supply of logs for the woodburner. Your own parking space sits on site.
Ground floor living centres on a dining room and kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge and washing machine—everything you need to cook properly. The living room has a woodburner, comfortable seating and a Smart TV. Upstairs, one bedroom holds a kingsize bed and the other a double. The shower room includes a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. The cottage accepts one pet at no extra cost. It is not suitable for children under 9 due to a steep staircase and fully opening windows.
The surrounding area works well as a base for exploring Devon. The Two Moors Way, RHS Rosemoor, the Grand Western Canal and Knightshayes are all accessible from here, with Exmoor National Park a short drive away. On-road parking is available, and smoking is not permitted.
