West Middlewick Farm's Dartmoor property suits families or groups wanting countryside space without sacrificing comfort. Three bedrooms—one double with ensuite, two pairs of singles—and two bathrooms mean everyone gets their own facilities. The ground-floor layout keeps things simple, with a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, a sitting room with a wood burner, and direct access to an enclosed garden with patio furniture. One dog stays free, though the rural setting means it must be kept on a lead due to sheep farming nearby.
The 120-acre farm grounds are shared with other properties, offering woodland to explore and on-site fishing if you want to try your luck. Tiverton lies a short drive away for supplies and activities. The essentials are covered—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi all included—and there's parking for three cars on site. No smoking is requested throughout.

We stayed here at the weekend and what a lovely location it is. Reasonably priced stay (we camped), the location makes the price well deserved. Staff are very accommodating e.g. sold us some oat milk from their restaurant when we didn't have any, little things like that. The restaurant itself has lovely food freshly sourced! Staff around the working farm also very accommodating, giving children carrots to feed the animals. Being surrounded by their lovely animals and a host of lovely walks makes you not even want to leave the campsite. Would recommend this camp site to anyone!

What a wonderful friendly place to stay! Beautiful farm shop with the most delicious treats. We got to meet the new born calves which the kids loved. They enjoyed the little play park and the open space to play too. Overall a great place to stay if you’re looking for something laid back and friendly
