What visitors say
Came here this afternoon to see the super Mario galaxy movie. There were boxes everywhere when we first walked in which wasn’t a great sight. Queues for confectionary weren’t too bad. Walking into Screen 9, the seats were filthy and stained, with an arm rest not being on one of the chairs at all. I felt very uncomfortable sitting in there. I got a tango iced blast. The straw left a horrible taste in my mouth and broke anyway after about 5 minutes. The worst part was they left the door wide open in the screen. You could hear everything happening right outside by the confectionary, as well as the light leaving a glare on the screen. People also came in during the beginning (film had already started) with their phone lights very bright trying to find their seats while managing to shine it in everyone’s faces. I understand people talking is not the fault of the cinema, but people were also loudly talking during the start of the film, as well as kids talking and shouting throughout. My partner said he used to go to this cinema a lot as a kid and it was never this bad. If he didn’t vouch for it, I wouldn’t be going again.

Justin was absolutely fantastic today. Turned a very stressful situation into a great one for the kids. Will definitely be coming back to this cinema! Thanks Justin for your amazing service!

I'm in the cinema right now. Screen 4. Smells of weed! Coming from the projector room. So the person in charge of the projector is smoking weed. 4.40pm toy story 5, children around, and someone from staff it seems is smoking weed. Will never ever come back here again.

Exceptional service, went there yesterday evening and was served a hotdog by a young girl with long brown hair. Best hotdog I’ve ever had and the popcorn had that perfect crunch, made Avatar 3 bearable. Deserves a raise. 10/10 would go again.

Reviewers highlight this cinema's free parking, comfortable recliner seats, and reasonable prices.
Other reviews mention the seats can be neglected and soiled, and the service can be inefficient.
