About Fell End Holiday Park

Fell End Holiday Park offers a useful base for exploring the southern Lake District and the Kent estuary coast. The site has a swimming pool that's particularly popular with families during summer months, and pitches come with electric hook-up. Dogs are welcome throughout, making it a practical choice for those touring with pets. WiFi keeps you connected, and the park stays open year-round for those who fancy a quieter winter break.

Some visitors note that certain facilities could benefit from a refresh, but the location more than compensates – you're within easy reach of Arnside's waterfront and the limestone pavements of Whitbarrow, with the old market town of Kendal just a short drive north. It's a straightforward, no-frills spot that does the basics well and puts you in a lovely corner of Cumbria.

On arriving the lady at reception was lovely, as we were allocated touring plot 7 which I wasn't happy with as was on the end of car park right opposite reception bar etc no space for seats sunbathing etc, no privacy and we were there for 4 nights. She showed me another plot she'd swap us for it was brilliant so very happy. When in bar the young lady brought our food but an onion ting fell off the plate and she put it back with her fingers ..omg!;I asked about the other site with the lakes for fishing for a friend who is disabled and the lad said "I don't know you'll have to ask the girl here tomorrow she's worked herev4/5 yrs mmm okay! 1 last thing we booked fri, sat, sun, mon, ...were sat Sunday watching world cup and were told it closes at 6pm what! The whole recption, bar pool shop toilets closes at 7 why? Iff England get to world cup final i think you may have to change that....poor wi fi and £8 if you want to go in the pool.

What a lovely place. I stayed in one of the huts which is literally just the hut with a heater so there isn't much to say about it apart from they are in a lovely location. The showers and toilets were absolutely spotless, best ive seen on a site. The reception lady was really nice on checking in. Its just a lovely site.

Love coming to our little retreat for chill time and a nice pint of Guinness. Breakfast is pretty good as well as the friendly staff

Tried to cancel a booking immediately after booking the “camping pod “ . Wasn’t able to get my full refund.
