What can I say. Never knew crazy golf could be this much fun. We purchased two courses which took just over an hour. On a Thursday afternoon it was empty and were able to go round at our own pace. The holes were so inventive and each one kept you guessing as to where the ball is going to go. Full of secret chutes and slides. The upstairs course was the best. Neon lights, chip shots, obstacle courses for the balls. Great great stuff. There are two bars and they serve a variety of drinks and cocktails. They even serve light bites and ice cream. Great tiki vibe on the ground floor. Upstairs looks like a circus! Only small gripe is the unreliable WiFi. Keeping a scorecard online was a pain as the page refreshed and would no longer load and nothing saved meaning I had to walk back through the holes and annoy the couple behind us to get to the bar and get a pen and paper. I’d personally use it over their website.

What can I say about volcano falls adventure golf great and fun place. Geat courses great atmosphere great drinks staff are excellent and very funny and very helpful. Definitely a good place to relaxing having fun. See you all again soon. Good times.

Amazing service! The staff are always so lovely and friendly. I have visual problems with lighting and the bartender Harry gave me very helpful advice on which courses would be the most suitable for me and my party. The drinks were also delicious with great recommendations from him also. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive and fun day out for any and all ages. Definitely going to become a regular!

The experience at Volcano Falls (Xscape Milton Keynes) failed to meet the expectations set by their marketing, primarily due to service inertia and technical constraints. As a family of six, we found the staff presence to be purely functional rather than helpful. There was zero orientation or advice regarding course difficulty. We were directed to the "Tropical" course, which proved to be an overly simplistic "baby course" that offered no challenge. We paid £60 for a session that lasted a mere 45 minutes. For a group of six, this represents a poor leisure-to-cost ratio. There is a distinct lack of large-family discounting, making the entry fee feel disproportionate to the engagement level. The digital scoring system is fundamentally flawed for larger bookings. The interface only supports up to 5 players and caps scores at 6 over par. It is logically inconsistent to accept a booking for six people while providing a UI that cannot track them. Food and beverage pricing is significantly inflated relative to the quality provided. The venue lacks the "fun" factor advertised, largely due to a lack of staff training and a pricing model that penalises larger families. I will not be returning unless the pricing architecture is revised and staff are trained to provide actual customer care.
