About Mill Farm

Gayhurst is a quiet Buckinghamshire village on the edge of Milton Keynes, close to Willen Lake, and it's here that Mill Farm makes its home in a farmhouse dating back to the 17th century. The building has been carefully converted into a B&B while keeping its period character, with antiques dotted through the communal spaces and bedrooms alike.

Rooms are en-suite and include family options, each fitted with free WiFi and drinks provided in-room, and garden views from many windows. Breakfast is served each morning, and outside there's a garden with seating and a picnic area to make use of in fine weather, plus a tennis court for guests who fancy a game. Reception operates around the clock, and free on-site parking is provided.

Beyond the grounds, the surrounding area offers walking routes, fishing and golf nearby, along with pubs, restaurants and other entertainment within easy reach. Willen Lake and the wider attractions of Milton Keynes are a short distance away, making Mill Farm a practical base for exploring the town while staying somewhere with rather more history underfoot.

Great value for money! Beautiful farm, the area is so pretty. Spacious, clean room. Breakfast was delicious. And Kaye is a wonderful, friendly and helpful hostess.

Lovely welcome from Kaye on arrival. Nice quiet B&B in the countryside with lovely rooms overlooking the farm which were clean and tidy. Kaye & Arthur were very helpful in speaking the mechanic on the farm as one of our classic cars wasn't working. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We were attending Roverfest which was being held in the next village Weston Underwood. We would definitely stay there again.

Full of character. Lovely welcome and instant feel good factor. Peaceful and relaxing. Lovely building and nice location. If you want noisy action, don't come here. Great breakfast too. I loved it and would certainly return.

Stayed some months while looking for a house. Excellent accommodation, great breakfast Blessed to have found such a warm friendly welcome. The bad side: Sadly, found my house, and had to leave eventually. Thank you Kaye and Arthur
