What visitors say
Place is clean and staff is friendly. They have a sign saying 'only food and drinks that have been purchased' however they don't offer toddler friendly healthy foods. I wish they had some further healthy options for example fresh cut vegetables with hummus fresh fruit etc. Also they don't sell sparkling water. But over all good. Main issue; too many flies. The moment the food was on the table we had four flies joining our table (probably due to Tuna smell). The play area is great and there is a space for under 4 year olds and one for older kids both work well and are well designed. We went on a Monday morning and it was very quiet, absolutely pleasant.

Went today for the first time, it's an amazing soft play - great coffee and cake selection too!

While the new site has better parking, more seating and lovely new equipment. There is no death slide anymore, a huge disappointment for my children. The price of entry is so expensive it is not somewhere you could attend regularly throughout the summer holidays, I’d go every week if it was more reasonable. Adults should not have to pay to sit on a chair. Had the entry prices been more reasonable then we may have considered spending money in cafe

A great space for kids to explore and have fun. Very clean facilities (which one would hope as it is relatively new). A few vegan options which is very inclusive too. All round if your kids are between 1 and 12 they will love it!

People say this soft play has varied, new, and clean equipment, including slides, ball pits, and an interactive football area, with good food options. They also highlight the friendly and helpful staff, especially for parties, and the reasonable prices.
Some reviews mention that supervision can be lacking.
