What guests say
Louise has taken an ancient home in the heart of the Cotswolds and made it elegant and comfortable while carefully preserving its heritage. Her kitchen opens on to a lovely cloistered garden. To reach the churchyard next door, you just pop through an opening in the garden wall - like the abbots of old would have done. It's a thoroughly enchanting place, presided over by a warm and welcoming hostess with a wealth of knowledge about local and English history, culture, and art. A truly memorable place to stay. Well done Louise!

Paradise. Magical. Historic. Ancient. Spotless. Chic and authentic interiors. Utterly unique. Literally next to the most gorgeous little church and cemetery. Unforgettable experience. Proprietress is a history and culture buff. Best lamb stew and rhubarb compote I've ever had in my life. Will come back as soon as I return to the area.
