What visitors say
This is only a review for the adventure playground. Unfortunately it’s now for babies. Really disappointing. Used to be great when I was young. All the good stuff has been ripped out and it’s really lame. Don't bother unless you have a toddler maybe. My 8 year old was bored in 2 mins. We left and won’t be back. What happened????

Attended the Galloway Country Fair. It was a great day out for children and adults alike.. I will definitely be back next year and hopefully explore the castle grounds a bit more..

We had the privilege of staying in one of the cottages on the estate. It was stunning and beautifully presented, with a surprising addition of a hot tub. The staff (Gillian and Amy) went above and beyond to ensure everything was organized for our stay! The picnic we received was unreal, fresh sandwiches, sausage rolls, pies, cakes, scones, drinks and crisps! We loved the grounds and playpark. Our kids had a fantastic time exploring. The small nursery of plants were also decent and cheaply priced. We'll be back next year to visit the castle. Thank you so much. The Moscrops
