Surrey Hills Barn

Surrey Hills Barn comes with everything needed for a self-catering stay: wifi and electricity are included, as are bed linen and towels. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, so you can cook as much or as little as you like. Three bedrooms—one double downstairs, two doubles upstairs, plus a pair of singles—each have their own shower room or bathroom. The ground floor is one generous open plan space with exposed beams, a woodburner, Freeview television and a snooker table.

This rural location sits in Mole Valley at the end of a quiet lane, surrounded by countryside and woodland walks. The grounds include a garden with terrace and barbecue. Wescott village is ten minutes' drive away; Dorking, with its wider range of shops and amenities, is fifteen minutes. The barn itself is an old timber-framed building with stone floors and period character, though it is well insulated and energy efficient. Smoking is not permitted. Six guests can stay as a whole property to themselves.
