The Trekkers - The Garden House

The Garden House is a detached lodge that comes ready for cooking and living. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge-freezer, so you can prepare proper meals rather than relying on takeaways. Electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. Two bedrooms sleep four: a double bed in one room, a single in the other, plus a sofa bed in the living room if needed. The wet room has a shower.

The property sits on three-quarters of an acre of grounds with a lawned garden, patio and summerhouse. You have your own parking for two cars and direct access to the Wye Valley for walking. Tintern Abbey lies 7 miles away, Goodrich Castle 6 miles, and the Forest of Dean around 10 miles—Clearwell Caves and Puzzlewood are both within reach. Monmouth itself, with its castle, museums and restaurants, is the nearest settlement. The nearest shop, pub and restaurant are 6 miles away. No smoking indoors; one well-behaved pet can stay for free.
