Ben View is a converted croft set on open countryside near Fochabers, with views across forest to the south and hills behind. The property sleeps 4 across three bedrooms: a double on the ground floor, and two singles with sloping ceilings upstairs. There is one bathroom with a shower over the bath. The ground floor also holds a living room with a 38" TV and a kitchen/dining room equipped for self-catering, along with a washing machine for longer stays.

The house comes with parking for up to four cars, Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels. An enclosed garden and a larger open garden with seating make outdoor space, and one dog can stay at no extra cost—though pets need to be on leads during summer when cattle graze the surrounding fields. The location works well for accessing forest walks straight from the door, or driving to Spey Bay (3 miles) where the Scottish Dolphin Centre is open year-round. Elgin town centre lies under 8 miles away, and the property sits within the Whisky Trail, with several distilleries nearby. The beach is 11 miles off. Smoking is not permitted inside.
