Cineworld Leeds - White Rose

This is the best Cineworld I have attended, experienced and loved since my first visit. The atmosphere, lightings, tables & sofas and all facilities are all nice, clean and always at absolute perfection. Toilet facilities are always cleaned, fresh and good. The staff are all good, caring, helpful, friendly and always deliver good service & experience. Lots of gaming arcades such as Halo, NFS: Heat and lots of more fun. More of gaming there is at Cineworld White Rose - Leeds. IMAX, ScreenX and all screen rooms with the easy to sit and relax soft seatings, bigger & wider screens and everything are the best of experience to see the movies in this Cineworld. ScreenX is just so amazing watching movies with 2 sided screens and the middle screen seeing the background effects and more is so cinematically amazing. IMAX with the full and big screen levelled with all the full lengths and the sounds is one of a best kind experience to watch movies. I have never seen no anti-social behaviour including the disturbances, distractions and noises unlike one of the Cineworlds I went to. I am always coming to Cineworld Leeds. The right place it is to must-see the movies in a good and better place for me and the Cineworlders. Cineworld Leeds is the right place, a must-visit and the best cinematic experience for us.

Went to see the odyssey IMAX and had a great experience with Daniel, they were super kind and gentle with my grandma and helped us throughout the process of sorting out an issue with our tickets and getting her to the lift. I go often with my mum but that was a real standout moment for why i go to this cinema and really respect the staff.

If you read my review carefully you would notice I said a lady came out of the cinema room to let a member of staff know and it didn't make any difference and I said I didn't want to miss the movie coming out to say so. Feedback on the day can resolve matters quickly well it didn't as the lady let a member of staff know and he didn't do much. No point of letting staff know after as it's late as nothing can be done about it. The toilet was clean the cinema room was not clean popcorn on the foor.I can write this in a review as it's the truth! The cinema was really nice looked amazing, enough staff and clean toilets the screen was very large. No reclining chairs no leg space! Silly children talking and kicking chairs then when a member of staff came in it didn't make any difference! I didn't want to miss the movie. For 15 pounds it's not worth it as you might as well go into Leeds city centre and go somewhere better! It was cold and I had to leave my coat on and hat!

Went to watch odyssey last night. Fantastic movie. However paid a lot of money for a top notch experience at the imax which was ruined. Vile seating. So narrow. So uncomfortable. Chairs did not even recline….I will never step foot in this cinema again. Literally felt I was flying with Ryan air…actually worst. You’re better off going to the Cinema beginning with (V) for the fraction of the price and there epics screens/recliner seats.
