What visitors say

Kacper Wlodarczyk

The atmosphere was nice and the bowling was easy and accessible, We had booked in advance looking forward to a drink. However, when I was asked for ID and presented my Polish ID card, it was refused, as they said they only accept a UK driving licence or passport. Because of this, I was unable to be served. It felt unwelcoming to international visitors, and I won’t be returning as I haven’t experienced this issue at other venues in England.

Came here as a group of 5 for my fiancee's 28th birthday. We did 2 games of laser quest for 5quid each. Jamie was our host for both games and he was a highlight of the visit. An absolute pleasure and made our visit extra special. We'll definitely be coming back. Thank you Jamie!!

We had nice time over there as we play Bowling. Service and line was really good but score board could have more digitalis. Not complaining but recommendations as we seen more modern and clear score board in Speke.

After paying to bowl and was then asked for full name and contact number was required incase we caused any damage. Duty supervisor very rude, abrupt and totally unprofessional. We where served food with onion's although I had informed the staff of serious allergies. Getting close to the end of our second game we where told we had 15min to finish because they wanted the lane back for someone else. Customer service was appalling, rude and abrupt. The place is run by kids who need adult supervision and Customer service training. Terrible
