Buddileigh Farm works well for families wanting space to spread out, or groups of friends looking for a whole property to themselves. The four bedrooms—a kingsize with ensuite, two doubles, and a twin—provide sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests across two floors. Three bathrooms mean mornings run more smoothly. The ground floor has a living room with woodburner, a kitchen/dining space with an Aga, and a utility room; bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included in the price.

Set on 17 acres of shared gardens that slope down to a pond with resident swans, the property offers an unusual rural setting close to Crewe. A terrace and balcony provide outdoor seating, while the grounds include a barbecue area and bike store. The unfenced pond is 50 yards from the house, a detail worth noting if you are bringing young children. Parking is ample on site. A pub is within a mile; shops and restaurants are nearby. The location puts you within reach of Stoke-on-Trent's potteries, Alton Towers and Bridgemere Garden World.

What a stunning large and bespoke home set in the beautiful English countryside with immaculate gardens complimented by horse paddocks and rolling lawns and lake with wild ducks and squirrels and rabbits in abundance. The owners, Carol and Andy made us feel like VIP's and were so accommodating and made our stay extra special. Nothing was too much for them and they are such lovely people. I cannot recommend Buddileigh Farm highly enough. I can assure you that you won't be sorry.

Just had a fabulous family weekend to celebrate our son's 21st birthday. The house and grounds are fantastic. The games room has a great pool table, lots of sofa's and a huge TV with excellent choice of channels. Spent most of the time in the gardens as the weather was really good but wouldn't have been a problem had we needed to be indoors. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

We stayed at Buddileigh Farm for a Christmas get together with our family. The property is a huge barn conversion with lots of space which kept our grandchildren exploring for the whole week. 2 of the bedrooms were big enough to accommodate a cot for the little ones and all were comfortable and warm. It must be said that Carol had thought of everything. The cottage was nicely decorated for Christmas with a big tree and even the towels were Christmas themed. We also had serving platters and foil turkey trays provided. There’s plenty of room for you to spread out. The games room with a pool table and darts board and a well equipped (channel-wise) TV. In the main living area another TV , but also space for a games table and a quiet sitting area. There’s a huge outside space, we didn’t get much chance to use due to the time of year, but the children liked seeing the donkeys. Perfect location for a get together with friends or family.

A perfect wedding venue. Nothing was too much trouble and the happy couple had so much help with planning their big day. The whole farm was in it's summer glory. Plenty of parking and good access for the less mobile.
