The Beehive sits above a whitewashed pub in Penkhull, a village within reach of Stoke-on-Trent's pottery heritage, the Cheshire countryside, and Shropshire beyond. The pub itself has beamed ceilings, an open fire, and hosts live music nights. The flat is yours alone—one bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, and a combined living and dining space with a television and DVD player. The kitchen has an electric hob and a combination microwave and grill for straightforward cooking.
Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. You have private parking for two cars and a small patio with garden furniture; the surrounding orchard and field are shared with the owners. A bike store is available if you plan to explore on two wheels. The Beehive works best for two adults, and smoking is not permitted inside the property.
A shop and pub are within half a mile on foot. The location puts you within an hour of Chester, 50 minutes from Alton Towers, and 20 minutes from Stoke-on-Trent's potteries and the Emma Bridgewater Factory. Walking and cycling routes crisscross the surrounding area.
