About Sunny Side Touring Park
Family-run Sunny Side Touring Park sits in green Cheshire countryside just metres from the Shropshire Union Canal, making it a wonderfully peaceful base for walkers and cyclists. The towpath stretches away in both directions, offering spectacularly scenic strolls or rides along the water, while the friendly village of Audlem lies a couple of miles away for shops, pubs and restaurants. Location-wise, you're brilliantly central: 20 minutes to the Welsh border, under an hour to Chester, Liverpool, Manchester or Alton Towers.
On site, two specimen fishing lakes stock carp up to 40 pounds and catfish up to 70 pounds (available for an extra cost), and there's a warm bar serving food if you don't fancy cooking. Barbecues and off-ground campfires are both allowed—logs available on site—and a handy utilities room provides washing machine, microwave, kettle and sinks. Choose from electric grass pitches in Sunny Field, adults-only lakeside pitches in Paradise, or car-free solo tent pitches for a truly quiet stay.

We had our own van , we asked to be near showers and toilets and when we were greeted we had a choice so they had listened. That evening the owners came to check on us to see if everything was ok with us they were so nice . The standards on this site were so high it was beautiful. Staff were so friendly. Customer service was amazing. We had a brilliant time. Highly recommend it . Think we will find it hard to get another site as good as this .

First time at Sunny Side and we certainly wasn’t disappointed. What a place, the staff are unbelievable always on hand if you need anything all of them are very friendly, great bar and restaurant on site lovely food a wide choice of drinks alcoholic and soft drinks and it’s not your typical on site bar/restaurant where they charge you extortionate prices all drinks and food are all very reasonable priced, this may of been our first time there but it certainly won’t be our last, can’t wait for next time. Just came back from a fantastic weekend at sunnyside touring caravan site really kept well site the staff we met were very helpful lovley people great if you like fishing as well Dave and anthea were brilliant credit to them the pub on site is really good as well can not wait to come back if there was a choice of more stars I would definitely give them

Little gem of a site, welcomed 6 of our families caravans with no issues, really warm reception and they took really good care of us all weekend. Well fed and well watered in the Stagger Inn! Dog friendly and some lovely local walks along the canal. Highly recommend this site, with the weather we had you could have been anywhere in the world in the Cheshire countryside! Can see why it’s so popular! We’ll definitely be back!
