Facilities are good. My children aged 3.5 a 1.5 had a brilliant time. Lovely food also. However, we had a very disappointing experience regarding staff. Staff were not friendly when asked about the karts.They then went on to give us tokens and agreed to let us ride the karts. OK. Towards the end of our visit we were made to feel unwelcome by the manager who told us we had overstayed when the website clearly states that there are no time constraints on weekdays. We were mightily unimpressed by this. Lastly, after ordering 4 meals and a big jug of juice (family size) the manager addressed my mother inappropriately by telling her that she wasn't allowed to bring her own drink (a 250ml bottle of probiotics not available to buy at the soft play, for health reasons). When confronted with his own lack of professionalism the manager was unapologetic and argued that people might argue that 'Pepsi is the only thing they can drink too'. Hopefully there will be an attitude change in the near future. Regrettably, the way staff handled things leaves a lot to be desired, which is a shame given how lovely the actual facilities are. Shocking behaviour.

It was such a relief 🙂 taking my kids to this lovely place, a sure shot way to discharge and drain their overcharged batteries here,😄 very reasonable prices and good food available with toilets and lots of seating area. I'm sure to take them very frequently.
