About Summer Breeze Guest House - B&B
Summer Breeze Guest House is a townhouse B&B on Mount Wise in Newquay, with a homely, unfussy character rather than a grand facade. It offers just six rooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and simple, home-style decor that suits guests wanting a straightforward base rather than a boutique experience.
Rooms come with free WiFi and drinks provided, and family rooms are available for those travelling with children. There is a bar and restaurant on site along with breakfast each morning, plus a garden for sitting out, luggage storage and a laundry service for longer stays. Free parking is provided, which is a genuine convenience given the guest house's position within the town.
Newquay's coastline and countryside are close by, with walking and cycling routes, golf and fishing nearby, and watersports easily arranged along the coast. Pubs, restaurants and other eateries are within easy reach, along with local entertainment, making Summer Breeze a practical base for exploring Newquay without needing a car once you've arrived.
What guests say
Lovely house and room, well decorated and clean. Friendly service with great food created a really nice holiday atmosphere. The guest house is really close to the town centre, and an easy walk to the main beaches. Would definitely come back!

We spent a week in Summer Breeze and loved our experience. The owners are extremely nice and accomodating. I particularly enjoyed the attention to detail and the precautions around covid. I definitely felt extremely safe there. The breakfast was amazing and our bedroom was cleaned and spacious for a family of 3. If we ever go back to Newquay, this is definitely the place where we will stay!
