Very nice place to stay rooms spotless comfy beds cleaned every day, tea coffee milk replenished every day there was hand wash,shampoo shower wash supplied nice little touches thank you Dan 😃👍great location just down the road to the beach shops and pubs loved it would definately stay here again had a fab stay😃

We had a wonderful experience during our visit to Newquay, where we stayed for three nights. The location was perfect, and the hotel was quite nice and clean. It was also budget-friendly. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Spent 5 days here with my partner and Son, Was probably the best place we ever stayed, Less then 10 mins walk from the centre, quite, and the owner Dan, was an amazing Host, made us feel at home and the service he provided was great. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else.

Excellent accommodation with excellent location located within 2 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and centre. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly host Dan, he made our trip more interesting with his advices & tips about the city. The room was absolutely lovely, extremely clean, quiet with sea view and everything you need. Would definitely recommend this accommodation for everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality!
