What guests say
Amazing customer service from this business, especially at the Newton Abbot hotel. People on shift were always a pleasure to speak to and were very attentive to all of my needs. No task was too much for the team and this is what great customer service should look like. Well done to the manager for running such a good ship and having some amazing staff members - credit to everyone there

Great place to stay in the area, very central to lots of nice places to visit. Hotel was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty. Thanks to Reece (The Chef) for being very helpful and for also providing my partner with some wonderful extra crispy bacon. Thanks also to Oskar (Front of House) for being so welcoming and for keeping the restaurant area so clean and tidy. It was a pleasure meeting and chatting to you both, keep up the great work the pair of you, Premier Inn should be proud to have you working for them. 10/10 ⭐

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room clean and tidy. Asked for replacement travel cot as one provided was broken. No trouble at all with having it changed. Asked for milk for babies bottle for bedtime and staff provided cold milk at the bar area. Ate at the restaurant, food was good, decor was really nice. Bed was very comfy, few noises from doors closing but didn't go on too late into the night.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely shocking experience at Premier Inn. We were told to book a table for 7:40pm. After grafting all day, we arrived early at 6pm, starving. Went down to the restaurant and were asked if we’d like a drink, so we ordered one — only to then overhear a waitress telling another table that there was nothing left to eat. No chicken, no steak, nothing remotely nutritious. Apparently the only thing available was fish and chips. What makes it worse is that they happily sold us drinks before bothering to tell us the kitchen had basically shut down. That’s not just poor service, it’s poor coordination and common sense. If you’re staying here expecting a proper evening meal after a long day’s work, don’t bother. Absolute joke.
