About Twelve Oaks Farm Caravan Park
Tucked into the South Devon countryside just outside Newton Abbot, Twelve Oaks Farm Caravan Park is a well-kept working farm site that punches above its weight for facilities. The heated outdoor pool – warmed year-round by the site's own biomass system – draws families back season after season, while a fishing lake and small play area keep younger guests entertained. Pitches range from standard grass and hardstanding to fully serviced premium plots, all with electric hook-up.
Guests consistently praise the spotless, modern shower block (which has won awards) and the friendly welcome from staff. The on-site field kitchen serves up tasty meals, and there's a well-stocked shop for essentials. A convenient ANPR gate system adds a modern touch. The Templer Way heritage trail and a family-friendly cycling route to Dartmoor both start within walking distance, and Newton Abbot, Torbay, Exeter and Plymouth are all easily reached for bigger days out.

What visitors say
Don’t be put off by narrow minded people saying stupid things about this place. We started van life 2 years ago and have stayed in so many places. This one is the best we have stayed at so far. Real humans own and run this place and you will always find one of them if you need something. They understand what people want when they go camping. Their shop is great local meats and good cheap prices. Hot food wagon cheap. General atmosphere of the site amazing. They keep on top of everything. I noticed kids blocking the toilet. Staff was sorting it out straight after. Everything was always clean. Staff were constantly mopping the toilets and showers. They even have baby cows. Just a great place and if you go stay here. You won’t regret it.

Very quiet but it's February so out of season. Stayed on a premium pitch so was surprised that WiFi was not inc in the price, we did manage to get a 4g signal though. Toilets very clean, also lovely and warm. There is also a laundry room and provisions sold in the reception area. The pitches are not very level but have lovely views

Came for a last minute break away, only living minutes away we'd never considered it before but it's a lovely site. Great pool, great food on site and well stocked shop. Will definitely return

Stayed on one of the hardstanding pitches with EHU at £27pn. A really well laid out site with hedges to section off areas so it doesn’t feel like one mass camping field. The grassed terraced pitches are particularly nice with each terrace having 3 or 4 pitches and lovely views. The Premium pitches each have EHU and water, some require levellers. The laundry room is well equipped with 4 or 5 washing machines and two tumble driers. The toilets and showers are modern and were spotless. Overall a very pleasant site which I would definitely make a return visit to.
